We just loved this place! The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Old Town with easy access to all the sights. The service we received was outstanding, from the room service to the welcoming smile at the 24-hour reception. The housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the laundry service was a lifesaver. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which was prompt and efficient. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including the in-room safe, mini-bar, and the comfortable garden furniture.

The cleaning staff in the morning could be quite noisy, which was a bit bothersome. Lack of privacy in the ground floor room, as other guests were having breakfast in the lobby nearby and their noise echoed, waking us up early in the morning.
