We just loved this place! The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Old Town with easy access to all the sights. The service we received was outstanding, from the room service to the welcoming smile at the 24-hour reception. The housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the laundry service was a lifesaver. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which was prompt and efficient. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including the in-room safe, mini-bar, and the comfortable garden furniture.

We were really surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival at Hotel Collect. The staff were very good too make our stay nice, even helping us arrange a special surprise for my partner's birthday. The room itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot.
